At 7 weeks fetal pole  and  cardiac activity both should be seen If not you need to proceed with  termination of pregnancy There is no point waiting

It depends on a few factors. If this is your first scan then it could be a case of wrong dates and you can wait for another week to see if the fetal pole is appearing or not. There are few other things also like the size of the G sac, whether the yolk sac has appeared, if there are changes from previous scans if any. Either way there is no harm in waiting for another week or two to confirm!

There is a high probability of missed abortion, though you can wait for a week and repeat sonography.
