No bleeding after medical abortion

I took mifipristone 2 days back after which I bleed heavily with clots for a day. But today after taking 4 misoprostol orally, I'm not having any bleeding but side effects like fever, nausea and diarrhoea.

May be you have aborted after mife only. But USG is needed to confirm the completion of Abortion. Please consult
