No 3rd Period after abortion

Hi , I had an abortion on February 21st. It was D &c . I dint bleed after that. I got my first period after abortion on 30 March and the next one on 30th April. But then after that no periods. It's almost July mid. I got negative on all pregnancy tests. What might be wrong?
