I stopped breastfeeding in April. But saw some discharge in both the nipples on squeezing today because I felt my nipples were kind of wet.. one white drop.. others were liquidy neither transparent nor white.. was it breastmilk? I have fibroadenoma since 2018. A recent scan showed 5 lumps in total in both the breasts.. it said birads 2. What do I need to do now?

Nipple Discharge you are getting is Milky (galactorrhea) and Clear/serous: Often hormonal changes, fibrocystic changes. You are getting discharge not because of fibroadenoma
