Night sleep time snooring is there

I have snoring in the sleeping time disturbing another person and me also, breathing is there how can avoid this issue

You can try sleeping on your sides which may reduce snoring. Consult a pulmonologist and get yourself evaluated for sleep apnea.

Hi As you have snoring it shows some obstruction (blocking) to your airways.  The level of obstruction will be measured be doing a sleep study. Consult your pulmonologist with sleep study. Take care
