You are over occupied with the sexual thoughts. The state of mind is directly related to secretions of prostate and contractions of seminal vesicles. Nightfalls are mere overflow of the vesicles, nothing wrong in that. Don't relate it with your habit of masturbation. Erectile dysfunction may be just your mistaken conclusion. It is the feeling of some wrong doing in the form of masturbation which is inhibiting or holding the erection at times. Relax and get rid of any guilty feeling. Everything will get back to normal.
