Media cal abortion of 5 week 4 day on 1 apr 2020 by unwanted kit and reports are normal no pocs found. And my next period started with spotting on 1 may 2020 on 8 may bleeding start and now again minor spotting during cleaning what should i do

Hope you have taken the medical kit under supervision of a gynecologist.usg pelvis was done to rule out retained products of conception?if not please do it
