Newly diagnosed B/L endometrioma
I had no major symptoms, periods were regular. Just dysmenorrhea on day 1 and 2 of cycle which resolved with meftal. Occasionally once in 3 weeks I would experience pain in lower abdomen .i did not think much of it but later got an usg which mentioned endometrioma
I can't get married in the next 2 years . Will I experience infertility ?

Infertility is a very wide term. It covers the male factors and female factors.
