Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult.  It's important to give 2 litre of water per day along with balanced healthy diet like fruits green leafy vegetables. Healthy nuts like Badam walnuts etc. Also include liberal amount of protein rich diet like daal paneer and In case you are non veg egg meat etc.
