I have had constant irritation and itching in the genital area for past 6 months without any visible rash or wound. The skin is clear. I've been taking antihistamines and applying moisturizers/lotions/creams as advised by the doctors but there hasn't been a single day when it hasn't itched. 1. Is it neurodermatitis even when there is no rash? 2. Is there any alternative to prevent itch since the antihistamines do not work?
