I am facing dermatitis problems in the area of of testicles. I am using medicine like mupirocin and sodium fusidate creams and hydroxyzen hydrochloride tablets on the skin specialist advice But Not much relief from itching and problem. Problem is almost 3 months. Please advise sir

Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
