Hello I have nervousness problem 1 I don't like to go anywhere from childhood and if I go don't like to stay anywhere in night 2 I feel nervous and overthinking before going anywhere and before meeting with new person 3 I don't go anywhere also due to stomach problems 4 I don't feel nervous in public places and gathering 5 I don't feel nervous, negative, overthinking and negative thinking daily and but little bit stress feel 6 I don't drink or smoke and not any other bad habit 7 I sleep on time and wakeup on time 8 if I go regular anywhere and meet any person daily i dont feel any stress or nervousness 9 i feel heartbeat fast and hand shivering problem when I feel anxious So tell me exact problem and treatment
