Nerve roll undr my breast

I had been treated for bresst cancer in 2008.now perfectly fine. But post operation I get some nerves roll up which we call scrams I guess under both my breast. I need to twist and turn and it gets alrgt. Off late am getting very often. Is it nerve weaknesses. Or something tp do with food. Kindly suggest

This seems to be due to nerve supply changes of skin due to the dissection done in surgery.  nothing to worry.  but please get examined by a surgeon to rule out any actual problem.
