In first time 2023 I feel shortness in breathing And after some time I feel hand shaking after that nerves pain and some time chest pain , and now in 2025 i got all the symptoms together hand shaking, shortness in breathing,nerve pain in both hands , both hand shaking, chest pain , dizzy ,legs shaking and all this I feel every month 1 time or even 2 times
