Can I use this  neosporin ointment on my dog's any type of wound for first aid.   ??? ???? Or secondary wound care??????

The one you are having is eye ointment. If it is skin ointment, you can use it as a first aid but not as a primary treatment without consulting a veterinary doctor.

Neosprin ointment is basically used to treat bacterial infection on skin and not able to heal wound properly for healing of wounds you should use Betadin or you can use it when prescribed by a veterinarian
