Negative Pregnancy

Last month I had early periods with very less bleeding and spotting for 3days with severe pain in one side of the stomach, as well as had nausea, vomiting, fatigue, food aversion, palm sweating for 2-3days during that spotting period But as per blood test pregnancy is negative What might the reasons I had those symptoms Note: I have a very regular periods and no PCOD.

Not pregnant as per your  pregnancy test. Symptoms could be due to gastric problem.

If the pregnancy test is negative The pain in the stomach nausea  vomiting food aversion could be because of indigestion Start exercising For fatigue hv a  good protein rich diet Get ur  hemoglobin levels checked
