I want to know that there is always a possibility of molar pregnancy and there is hook effect, Is this thing considered while doing blood beta hcg test? What are the chances of false negative?

If you have a molar pregnancy then your beta HCG level may be very very high. It may be in millions. You should be happy that from your report at least one thing is very clear; you don't have a molar pregnancy.

False negative chances are less. If we suspect molar we do beta hcg which will be abnormally high
