Pneumonia or Bronchitis is ruled out as you do not have fever/chill. You may have Pleurisy, small Pneumothorax or most probably Intercostal Muscle Strain. There might be other reasons. It's better to do x-ray chest. Look out for abnormal chest sound, so you need a physical check up by a doctor near you to establish an accurate diagnosis. If it is an intercostal muscle strain, then this may resolve on its own with appropriate self-care and rest. There are other reasons severe in nature which I am not mentioned here. So get a check up done.
