From last 2 days I am getting Needle like feeling in my throat. Its pricking and paining. It is not at the place where tonsil should be. So I am sure it's not tonsils. This happens more when I am lying down. Please suggest.

Most common reason is acid reflux. Do not lie down immediately after intake of food. Avoid oily and spicy food for few days Take plain paracetamol tablet for pain if it is more. Take Pan 40 once a day for 5 days before food. Consult online if problem still persists.
