hi doctors, I have been experiencing that someone is poking needle inside my urethra I won't have any itching, burning sensation, White discharge, blood discharge , no side pain at all . It feels like very sharp poking at tip of vagina which comes and go regularly. Now from 2days Only it's start to  pain around early morning. I have consulted urologist they said it's  because urinary tract infection taking medicine suggested but not working. How Is this possible? Please could you suggest anything
