Is surgery is the only option for fibroids issue or can it be treated using medicines ? please give suggestions . Attaching scanning reports for reference.

It seems to be small fibroids...no need of intervention.. u can use medication...if menopause attains then no problem of menstruation.

The point is that there are other options available but our job is to weigh all the options and after discussion with the patient and her relatives  we decide which option is the best for her. In this case Hysterectomy is the ideal option for her.

As she's 47 and nearing menopause and with bleeding issue, she can try medical management, for fibroid, if its working, Can continue with those,  if not and facing issue, surgery is the option then.
