We plan daily diets of our clients according to their food habits, lifestyle, blood group and medical history so that they can lose at least 4-5 kgs a month.Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hours . Never skip breakfast. Include protein rich foods in your diet like milk, yogurt, cheese, soybean, broccoli, sprouts, pulses and other dairy products (Vegetarian) and egg, chicken, fish (non-vegetarian).
Increase the consumption of fruits, vegetables and salad in your diet as it contains fibres and vitamins.
