Need tips to manage Eczema

I had eczema in my left feet. After taking ointments. The itching got reduced, now again after 3 months I feel itchy in the same spot where it got healed. How to manage this. Do i need to use any specific soaps, moisturizer. Please help. Attaching pictures of the healed site but again starts itching now.

It's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
