Start your suhoor with dried fruits and maligning scrambled egg sandwich or chicken sandwich.
While you open the fast have lemonade, coconut water instead of rose sherbet.
Have dates with almonds followed by Ragdale chaat, paneer biryani or chicken biryani.
Avoid taking plain water replace it with smoothies, fresh juices, coconut water, shikanji, porridges, egg or chicken Broths etc.
Avoid oily and heavy meals.
