My sister is 12 year old and she is suffering from body pain, headech, stomach  and weakness ..we started her medecin ...but im confued wth what does of azithromychi tablet suits her

Hi..  Azithromycin is a antibiotic.. It should be prescribed by a doctor in case he/ she suspects any infection.. Plz do not self medicate which might lead to antibiotic resistance.. It is not a medication for generalized body pains and weakness.. plz consult ur doctor to get ur sister checked thoroughly.

Azithromycin is not a pain medicine. It is an antibiotic which has to be used judiciously. She need further evaluation as to why she is having pain at so many place. Please seek a proper consultation.
