Not getting sleep. I am 39 years old. Unemployed and unmarried. I am obese guy. 110kg weight height 5`7. I have slight High BP, Asthma and urticaria. I am taking medicines Cetzine, Stamlo 5mg and Telekast A 200 mg with Fomtide 200 mg octahaler and Asthalin 200mg rorohaler. My problem no sleep worried as reality hurts. Get suicidal feeling. Losing hope. I need sleeping pill to get at least continues 8 hours sleep at night. Please suggest some good sleeping pill because clonam 0.5 mg tablet given by Psychiatrist in year 2008 did not give me relief.

Hi, I can empathize with you...as per information provided by you..It appears to be a depressive episode comorbid with other medical conditions...Also benzodiazepine like Clonazepam don't work after sometime as tolerance develops and also they have abuse potential..so you need to Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...It will help for sure..ok..goodluck
