Looks like this is an appropriate platform for confirming a query about blood donation. I had high sugar couple months back. Around 250 in fasting. After a couple months of regular exercises (1 hour of walk daily). My sugar is controlled. It's under 100 in fasting. Am I eligible to donate blood?
