Bathe 2 times a day and wipe with water many times a day. Apply calamine lotion. Please visit a pediatrician for a check up.

Keep the child in a cool environment, avoid excessive sweating, use loose cotton clothes, and give frequent baths with normal/cool water. Calamine lotion can be applied 2–3 times daily for soothing. If itching is significant, an antihistamine like cetirizine may help at night after pediatric consultation.
