Hi my wife now in 13 week start and done for NT scan and cervix length 3.1 is good or bad. And we consult a doctor saying that do the stitchs. Is it okay or need to take care anything.

Cervix length more than 2.5 cm is normal If you do not have a history of previous second trimester spontaneous abortions the stitch is not required

Please share your USG reports Along with cervical length, internal os diameter is also to be seen for funelling. If there is funelling of internal os cervical stich should be done
