My twenty year old son is always cutting down his 10 year old brother very rude all the time he also will pinch him when noones looking and act like hes just playing with him has thrown things at him and even ripped door off chasing after him always acts like the ten year old gets away with more than he did but that is so untrue we were probably to lienient on him if anything i think he is being totally overboard and should keep his anger under control especially with a child am i overreacting

No,you're NOT overreacting,but look for a cause,this behavior is usually a cry for help. If required,take professional help by a psychiatrist or a psychologist.
