Hello doctor. My age is 65 years male diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1 Aten 50 tablet s. Diabeties under control. From 15 days iam feeling anxiety when I sleep & also chest discomfort. ECG is normal. What is the reason please answer?

It can be because of gastritis  but needs to be evaluated. Consult a general physician in your place for better evaluation and treatment. Can take tab Pantopparazol 40 mg morning empty stomach. Tab methylcobalamine 1500 mcg after food . Need to have detailed medicial history
