Suggest me a treatment for my teeth.i have uploaded my x- ray report in these . please suggest me soon. And want to whether there is insurance there for dental treatment?

From the OPG it looks like you have to undergo Root canal treatment for lower first molar , need to surgically remove lower impacted molar , and secondary caries in lower third molar !!
