Need a solution for continuous bleeding

I'm 28 yrs old. I have PCOS/PCOD SINCE 10yrs . There has been ups & downs with my cycle ie; the irregular cycle's. I have been married for 9months now . Before marriage I have experienced the continuous bleeding ( spotting / heavy sometimes) in the year 2014 which was treated so far. Currently Im experiencing the same since past 3 months. Some x dr gave a medicine to stop the bleeding for about 3 days but it hasn't worked. I have gained weight. What should I do? It's excruciating & frustrating
