Neck uncomfortability

In 2011 i had severe neck pain,i couldnt able turn my head to left or right side.if i try to turn i was getting pain like hell.after some medications it gradually went down.but i continued to feel some uncomfortability in the neck.i.e. whenever i rotate my head i feel some sounds coming in.i had d same sort of pain 2 months back but dis tym while i consulted wit d doctor and after having some bloodtests dey found that vitamin d is very less and now i am having newbona active tab for d 3 months.pls tell me what is d exact pblm.

Hello, May be Spondylitis Spondiolosis, Tirticolise Deficiency as u stayed. PHYSIOTHERAPY IS BEST. CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN As u need a proper local examintion. It is likely that you have spondylitis, can't come to a specific diagnosis without the availability of the investigation reports you've had so far. Continue the medications which are given to you. Apart from that try and improve your posture to a proper posture as it will cause worsening of the situation until you improve your general posture while standing, walking, sitting, etc. Exercise regularly and focus on your neck exercises and reduce your weight to a healthy weight as per your BMI.
