Facing neck to lower back pain since few months.. already gone through physiotherapy for 3 months without any benefit. What should I do now. Also sometime body get sprains in back.

Greetings,  sorry for the prolonged pain.  what You did was correct by undergoing physiotherapy, but did you follow all instructions as advised by physio.  I am not sure what type of treatment was given to you. You are suffering from poor muscle strength at abdominal areas and nothing else, just continue physio.
Next Steps
hire a physio as your trainer for 3-6 months and physio should have knowledge about trigger point therapy and posture correction.  your problem will be solved in 10 days and continue program designed by physio.

U need to follow all the instructions given by ur Physiotherapist like exercises, precautions etc. continue Physiotherapy and improve strength of spine muscles.

What was the diagnosis for you that had been confirmed and u had received Physiotherapy for 3 month which found to be not helpful if u could share the detail it will be more helpful for me to say
