Neck stiffness and headache

From last 25 days, i have stiff right neck and shoulder. Also, getting pressure over right nose and right head when i move my neck from side to side. Same happens while sleeping , pressure in head and nose while sleeping on side with no pillow. ..is this due to that stiff neck and can it be treated by physiotherapy??
