Hello.! Few days neck pain could be trapezitis also.. for spondylosis u have go through an xray.. start with hot water formantation at home for 15-20mins they apply pain relief ointment or Myolaxin ointment works well.. followed by neck movements.. U should be fine.. this is recomemded twice a day.! Thank u
