What exercises can I do for neck spondilosis? I noticed it half a year ago, but my parents do not think it is a big deal. They think it can just go away.

There must be muscle spasms too, so first rectify the muscle spasm than you can strengthen your neck muscles. That will help you in maintaining it in long term. Reducing the muscle spasm will help you to improve your mobility also.
