Neck problem

I am suffering from swelling at back of my neck as yu can see in the image.it did not hurt.last month I sense it with my hand that there is smthing swollen. I don't know from how much time it is there.except that my palm and feet are always hot from last one or two year...my body is always paining nt much BT yeah...recently I have done my blood test(within one month) I'm sending yu the image plzz suggest me if there is smthing wrong ...or what should I do
