I got my knee ACL surgery done before 3 days back, my neck is paining alot cant even sit for a minute, full of headache can anyone plz help me out from this

Hi Try the following tablet: Tab Ace Proxyvon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 5 days) (if you are not allergic to it and if you are not diabetic)
