Neck pain not allow me to read books

I am suffering from this problem during 2 years . When I want to read books for a hour I fail to do so because of my neck pain. So each and every 30 min latter is i rest lying on back side with an interval 5 min and then start reading. THIS PROCESS IS REPEATED. IN THIS WAY I ABLE TO READ. I ALSO EXERCISED FOR NECK PAIN BUT THE PROBLEM IS STIL
