Lump under right lower jaw. Little pain. Right neck muscle swell and cracking sound. Right lower wisdom teeth impacted more. Age 28 . Gender male.

May require surgical extraction of wisdom tooth under la and antibiotic coverage. But can only be confirmed with opg to rule out any other complication
