Neck pain in the back

Neck pain & stiffness in the back of neck from last two-three days which got escalated to a sharp pain last night. Took a pain killer after which it got mellowed down to a certain level. Still, it gets flared up and I feel a lot of discomfort.

It may be muscle spasm u need to take rest try using muscle relaxant...it takes around a week to subside.hot fomentation might help
