Dear doctor,i'm facing neck pain,upper back pain some times along with left hand an legs weakness..i get wired feeling behind head some times along with head heaviness,what is the causes..pls tell me

Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac .
