Neck pain at back side left neck

I have neck pain ..starting 1 month before..pain started at morning time when i weak up..suddenly...after that pain is too much on back left side of neck for 4-5 days ..after 4-5 days pain is not too much as starting..(70% recovery is done after 4-5 days)but now 5-6 before pain is came back nd pain is so much at morning just after weak up at morning time not able to rotate my neck now nd pain is too much...i did x ray ...please give me advice how to recover my neck pain please.....and home remedy for neck pain???

Hello.., considering ur age u sufferings r too much. This all may be because of weakness in cervical spine , as suggested in ur x ray

avoid forward neck bending completely avoid use of thick pillows.. home remedy- use hot packs n maintaining neutral or erect neck position..
