I was having spondylitis issues and neck muscles pain with hand numbness. Hence it was recommended to have MRI done. Please check the report and need further assistance

MRI wise you have changes in disc and spine.plan of treatment is always medicines and physiotherapy initially.If not having response to this only we can other option like surgical.may not be needed for the time being.Need to  have guidance for the change of posture and proper alignment of computer and sleep posture
