Neck & back head pain overall tired

I have been experiencing neck & shoulder pain(constantly for last 15 -20 days) & off & on pain in hands & joints & hamstrings of legs being overall tired with back of my head also paining. Although head pain has reduced now but my bottom neck is paining & if I press the region it hurts. What can it be? Also I am overall sleepy whole time & tired
