Do hot compression twice a day, maintain proper posture, do neck exercises, if no imrovememnt in 2 days then visit nearby physical therapy clinic and take electrotherapy for a week.

You need to do some hot water fomentation over the area with a towel. Then do stretching exercises. Apply Hot packs, take hot water showers. Gentle stretching ex. of neck and shoulders after hot packs/showers. Maintain a good posture. Make sure to use pillow which aren’t too high.
