My neck attacked by pain while sleeping in the night 06 days before, on third day the pain attacks my right shoulder in it is still and going on into my right arm. since yesterday, I feel little dumbness in my thumb of right hand. Can you kindly suggest

Ur symptoms say it could b due to cervical spondylosis or some nerve impingement in the nerve region due to muscle spasm!

Hi I think your sleeping posture is not correct and don't use pillow in night use towel roll and do hot water fermentation..
