Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Most common problems for body pain or neck pain are related to stress, anxiety, lifestyle or work life balance, lack of excersise etc. Similar in ayurveda terms, imbalance of air energy in body or vata also causes such pains. In your case, basically when the body is insufficient with lubricantion at joints due to any of the above factors  such pain exhibits.. As body and mind are interlinked, emotion disturbance due to stress can also influence body condition with sleep disturbance, headaches, body pain, constipation, menstrual issues etc. As you are experiencing this for more than 2 year, it needs a holistic body and mind assessment and evaluation to identify and isolate the root cause. As I am also an ayurveda wellness counselor, can guide you through this holistic evaluation. After this, can recommend solution that you can follow practically to overcome this problem like  self therapies, home remedies, dietary changes, few specific excersise, few lifestyle routines Adoption suitable etc. Be positive.
